Bilateral collaboration on Green Economy and Digital Economy
Singapore and Malaysia signed Frameworks on Cooperation in Digital Economy (DE FoC) and Green Economy (GE FoC) on 30 Jan 2023. These lay the foundation for future bilateral initiatives related to the digital and green economies.
Digital Economy Framework of Cooperation (DE FoC)

Singapore and Malaysia seek to facilitate greater interoperability and collaboration on digital economy issues, unlock new growth opportunities benefitting both countries’ businesses, workers, and communities. The DE FoC could potentially serve as a pathfinder for digital economy cooperation within ASEAN as well.
