France-Singapore Digital & Green Partnership (DGP)
Where digital innovation meets green transformation to drive sustainable economic growth and deepen interconnectivity.
France-Singapore Digital & Green Partnership (DGP)
Signed on 15 March 2022, the DGP provides a structured framework for France and Singapore to deepen cooperation in the digital and green economies. The DGP fosters cross-sectoral collaboration at the government-to-government (G2G), government-to-business (G2B), and business-to-business (B2B) levels, and supports private-sector-led initiatives in areas such as digital trade, energy transition, innovation, etc.
The DGP builds on the longstanding bilateral relationship between Singapore and France, anchored by the 2019 EU-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (EUSFTA), as well as the 2025 France-Singapore Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP).
Key features of DGP
Advance cooperation in the digital and green economies, through collaborative projects in areas such as electronic bills-of-lading, electricity imports, and emerging areas in deep tech (e.g., artificial intelligence).
Facilitate partnerships and commercial linkages between French and Singaporean companies, including SMEs and startups, by promoting joint projects in digital transformation and green technologies.
