MOS Lee warmly welcomed Uganda's Minister of State for Economic Monitoring, Maurice Kagima Kiwanuka to Singapore, on a study visit to share insights on urban development. Views on infrastructural development, education and human resources were exchanged, as both ministers considered possibilities in extending trade ties between the two countries.
