Summary of CCCS Decision that Appeal Relates:
The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore ("CCCS") has issued an Infringement Decision ("ID") against three undertakings~ (collectively, the "Parties") for contravening section 34 of the Competition Act (Cap.50B) (the "Act") by engaging in anti-competitive bid-rigging agreements and/or concerted practices involving price fixing and market sharing in relation to the provision of maintenance services for swimming pools, spas, fountains and water features for the tenders conducted by privately-owned developments, such as condominiums and hotels, in Singapore.
