Singapore's GDP Grew by 6.5 Per Cent in the Third Quarter of 2021

14 October 2021. Based on advance estimates, the Singapore economy grew by 6.5 per cent on a year-on-year basis in the third quarter of 2021, moderating from the 15.2 per cent growth in the previous quarter. On a quarter-on-quarter seasonally-adjusted basis, the Singapore economy expanded by 0.8 per cent in the third quarter of 2021, a reversal from the 1.4 per cent contraction in the preceding quarter.
