Singapore has launched a new Singapore Pilots for Energy & Enterprise Decarbonisation (SPEED) programme. The SPEED programme is part of the Research, Innovation and Enterprise (RIE) 2030 Decarbonisation Grand Challenge (DGC) unveiled earlier in March 2026, during the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s Committee of Supply debate.
