Singapore and Kuwait sign Investment Guarantee Agreement

Singapore and Kuwait signed an Investment Guarantee Agreement today. The agreement was signed by Minister of State for Trade & Industry and Manpower, Lee Yi Shyan and Kuwait's Minister of Finance, Mustafa Jassim Mohammad al-Shimali.
