Minister for Trade and Industry Gan Kim Yong and Japan’s Minister for Economy, Trade and Industry Hagiuda Koichi signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) on Low-Emissions Solutions during Mr Hagiuda’s official visit to Singapore today.
