Second Minister for Trade and Industry Dr Tan See Leng and Chile’s Minister of Energy and Mining Juan Carlos Jobet signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for collaboration on low-carbon hydrogen technologies yesterday, during their online meeting.
