Singapore and Brazil sign Memorandum of Understanding to establish a Partnership for Climate Action

Singapore and Brazil signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a Partnership for Climate Action in line with the Paris Agreement. The MOU was signed by Singapore’s Minister for Sustainability and the Environment and Minister-in-charge of Trade Relations Grace Fu, as well as Brazil’s Minister of the Environment and Climate Change Marina Silva and Brazil’s Secretary of Climate, Energy and the Environment at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mauricio Lyrio, in the context of the 2025 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30).
