Update: The consultation period for the Public Consultation on the Energy (Resilience Measures and Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill has been extended to 20 September 2021.
The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) and the Energy Market Authority (EMA) are seeking public feedback on the Energy (Resilience Measures and Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill. A public consultation exercise will be held from 27 August to 20 September 2021.
