MTI TO TABLE PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (FAIR TRADING) ACT AND HIRE PURCHASE ACT IN PARLIAMENT

The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) will be tabling a bill in Parliament on 14 February 2012 for the proposed amendments to the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and the Hire Purchase Act (HPA).
