MTI MAINTAINS ITS 2012 GDP GROWTH FORECAST AT 1.0 TO 3.0 PER CENT


The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) announced today that the Singapore economy grew by 4.9 per cent in 2011, following the expansion of 14.8 per cent in 2010. MTI maintains the growth forecast for 2012 at 1.0 to 3.0 per cent.
