SPEECH BY MR S ISWARAN, SENIOR MINISTER OF STATE FOR TRADE AND INDUSTRY AT INVENT SINGAPORE '09 CONFERENCE ON SATURDAY, 24 OCTOBER 2009, 9.40AM AT SINGAPORE MANAGEMENT UNIVERSITY, SCHOOL OF ACCOUNTANCY, NGEE ANN KONGSI AUDITORIUM
