我很高兴，能够出席，由新加坡中华总商会主办的第十二届中小型企业大会。今天，我将着重讨论我国一些重要的经济策略。我觉得，要有效说明重点，最好的方法是直接用华语和大家交谈，所以，我决定用华语发表演讲。
