Minister for Trade and Industry (Trade) Lim Hng Kiang will attend the 11th World Trade Organization (WTO) Ministerial Conference, held from 10 to 13 December 2017, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Trade Ministers and senior officials from the 164 Member States are expected to attend the Ministerial Conference.
