Mr Gan Thiam Poh: To ask the Minister for Trade and Industry how many companies have benefited from the National Productivity Fund so far.

The National Productivity Fund (NPF) provides long-term support for productivity and continuing education initiatives and strategies over ten years, starting from 2010. To date, about $950 million has been committed from the NPF to support a wide range of productivity programmes. These programmes have benefitted about 5,700 companies so far.
