Launch of Second Half 2017 (2H 2017) Industrial Government Land Sales Programme and Changes in IGLS Conditions

1. The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) has launched its Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme for 2H 2017. There will be 8 sites in the Confirmed List and 6 sites in the Reserve List, with a total site area of 13.90 ha. 


Changes in IGLS Conditions 


2. In January 2012, MTI introduced a set of minimum building specification requirements on IGLS land, to ensure that the developments built on the land are able to meet the needs of industrialists. Examples include the provision of a minimum number of goods lifts and loading bays.
