Launch of first half 2026 Industrial Government Land Sales programme

The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) is launching its Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme for the first half of 2026 (1H 2026). There will be 6 sites in the Confirmed List and 2 sites in the Reserve List, with a total site area of about 11.1 ha.
