The Fair Tenancy Framework Industry Committee (FTFIC) and the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s Pro-Enterprise Panel (PEP) has established the “FTFIC-PEP Fair Tenancy Regulatory Clinic” to assist SME tenants in understanding new legislation and navigating rental relief offered by the Government and landlords.
