Starting 13 October 2021, Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) must be implemented for entry to all shopping malls and large standalone stores1.

1 Large standalone stores refer to those that occupy entire buildings, e.g. IKEA, Decathlon Innovation Lab, and are > 930 sqm (or 10,000 sqft) of Gross Floor Area.
