Energy, Sustainability and Climate Change Cooperation Framework

The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) of the Republic of Singapore and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan signed the Energy, Sustainability, and Climate Change Cooperation Framework on 15 March 2026. The framework was signed by Dr Tan See Leng, Singapore’s Minister-in-charge of Energy and Science & Technology in MTI, and Mr Akazawa Ryosei, Japan’s Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry in METI.
