SECOND PERMANENT SECRETARY FOR TRADE AND INDUSTRY OW FOONG PHENG TO ATTEND 5th ASEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY COUNCIL MEETING AND INAUGURAL ASEAN-EU BUSINESS SUMMIT IN JAKARTA, INDONESIA 5-6 MAY 2011

Second Permanent Secretary for Trade and Industry, Mrs Ow Foong Pheng, will be in Jakarta, Indonesia from 5 to 6 May 2011 to attend the 5th ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) Council Meeting and the inaugural ASEAN-EU Business Summit. Mrs Ow will be representing Minister for Trade and Industry Mr Lim Hng Kiang at the meetings, which are being held in the run-up to the 18th ASEAN Summit.
