1. Minister for Trade and Industry Chan Chun Sing represented Singapore at the Special ASEAN Economic Ministers’ (AEM) Meeting, and the Special ASEAN Plus Three (APT)  Economic Ministers' meeting today. Held via videoconference, the meetings were convened by Vietnam, who holds the 2020 ASEAN Chairmanship.
