Minister for Trade and Industry Chan Chun Sing met with the United States Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs David Stilwell today in Singapore.


During the meeting, Mr Chan and Mr Stilwell reaffirmed the longstanding and close bilateral relations between Singapore and the US, including our strong trade partnership. They also exchanged views on key regional and international developments. Mr Chan and Mr Stilwell also agreed on the importance of continued bilateral collaboration to produce concrete economic outcomes, and discussed potential ideas for cooperation in areas such as infrastructure and the digital economy.
